Love it!

Excellent, does everything. I need it to do :)

Love the simplicity!

Love the simplicity and interface is visually attractive, which is a plus. Would love to see an update!

Loved it, but needs updated!!

I love most things about this, however it needs to keep up with other apps. Search as you type needs to be fixed. Food database needs updated or better, scan your item for easy calculating (like south beach app!)

Good App

With a small bit of effort, I was able to figure out how to use it,,, I like it a lot! It does everything I need it to do to lose weight, or maintain it.

Tap and track

I really like this product. Easy to use and very extensive database. Great to to track macro nutrients. Easy to set up favorites. I would highly recommend using it

Recommend for all levels of fitness

One of those apps that is so good I had to come on here and rate it. Hopefully they keep updating it with better stuff. Straight forward.

Best App

I have tried five other apps. This is the best Ive found. Easy to use. Well-organized. No advertisements.

Fatally flawed

This looked like a great app at first. I really liked the fact that it gave you a macronutrient breakdown as I like to follow the 40/40/20 ratio of carbs/proteins/fats. Unfortunately it only took me about five minutes to find two major flaws. The first is inconvenient, the second renders the app completely useless. The first flaw is that there is no barcode scanner. I guess I wrongly assumed that for the hefty price tag it would be included since this is a fairly standard feature of calorie counter apps. The killer, however, is that the information contained in their database is wrong. I compared the information from the app to the manufacturers label on 5 brand name items in my kitchen. Of the five items, only one matched between the label and the app. Some of the discrepancies were very large. I do not see how it can accurately track anything. It is useless and I would like my four dollars back.

Something Changed!!

Since the last update I cannot use the "search for food" Option. No matter what I search it tells me the item is not there!

Easy to use, good database

This app is simple to learn and has really helped me lose weight. The database of foods includes lots of brands, restaurants, and ethnic items. You can report portions as small as 1/8 of a serving and see calories adjust accordingly, define calories for recipes you make frequently, and categorize a mealtime other than the default label. For example, when I eat at 3 pm some days that is my dinner, not afternoon snack, and I can re-assign the default label to say dinner. The ability to customize a profile for your own changing metabolism and exercise is useful, because losing weight over time makes the body resistant. I wish there was more information available about what the Food Score is measuring and what target numbers to shoot for. Other than that, the developers have an excellent FAQ section and kindly answer users Qs within a couple days.

Diet made easy

The only way I can lose weight is to keep track of everything Otherwise I lie to myself and then wonder why I didnt lose weight Thank you for taking my excuses away Tim

New User

I have only been using this app for a week but so far I like it! The only thing I would add is a "_____ many pounds to goal weight" function like I saw on another app. That would be motivating and fun. Otherwise I think its great.

Tap n Track

Sorry, but this app doesnt work for me. We live in the Chicagoland area and the food list are brands I never heard of. I wish I could of had a test run before I purchased this app. Goes to show you cant depend on the info and reviews given on the App Store.

Excellent

Great app to keep track. Easy to train when you enter the foods & brands that you use. Just wish they would add teaspoon & tablespoon measurement to more items or let you add that measurement.

Good App. Worth the 100 Nickels.

This is a pretty good tool to monitor what I eat. It is much better than the other apps I have tried and is worth $5. I can find the foods I want to add in the data base most of the time, and when I can’t, I can create my own. The previous items list is handy. It is tracking my weight, proteins, sugars, sodium, fat, carbs, food score, food/exercise logs, and calories consumed/calories burned (I’m just now figuring out the syncing process). Suggestion: Phosphorus tracking. Including phosphorous in your data base, or even a calculating program that estimates it, would be huge for me (Important for kidney disease. I’ll give you another $2 for it!). Also, don’t ask for reviews until at least a week. I need time to see how it works and fits into my life. Definitely do not ask me everytime I turn it on. On the fence about buying this? Don’t be. Buy it.

Easy to use

Exactly what I needed. Just something to track calories and unlike MFP, it doesnt shout at me if I eat under what they think I should be eating.

!

I rated it a 4 only because I wish there was a way to scan food packaging to track food. Great app other wise!
